Wind is a kitesurfers butter and bread. Its the sugar in their coffee, the jam in their doughnut, the spring in their step. It can either make the day or break it. So, if you want to go kitesurfing in Dubai, or to take a kitesurfing lesson, a reliable wind forecast is going to become a very useful thing indeed; something to cherish, covet, and dare i say... keep a secret? Now, we know that weather forecasts (if you are British) are typically not to be trusted... and that they can be both overly optimistic and dramatically dire.
